Within your property listing is a button that says ‘Start a chat with the seller’. When a potential buyer who may be interested in your property clicks this button, they will be able to send you a secure message. You will be notified about this message by email, and it will appear in the Chat section of your dashboard. Only users who are signed in, and have created a user profile will be able to message you.
